1. Tickets & Validity
Tickets can be purchased online through our website or directly on site.
A ticket entitles you to enter one session (approx. 12–15 minutes) at the selected time.
2. Time Slots & Participation
Sessions start every full hour, as well as at xx:20 and xx:40.
Please arrive at the entrance to the Pixel Tunnel at least 5 minutes before your session starts.
Missed time slots are generally forfeited. If availability allows, tickets may be used for a later session on the same day.
3. Number of Participants & Age Groups
Each session is limited to a maximum of 25 participants.
Children aged 0–3 years have free admission but must be accompanied by an adult.
Admission Prices:
Children 3–7 years: CHF 6.–
Youth 8–17 years: CHF 9.–
Adults 18+ years: CHF 9.–
Seniors 65+ years: CHF 6.–
4. Supervision & Accompaniment
Children under 8 years may visit the Pixel Tunnel only when accompanied by an adult.
Parents or guardians are responsible for supervision at all times.
5. Liability
The organiser assumes no liability for injuries, accidents, or damages caused by improper behaviour.
No liability is accepted for lost personal belongings.
6. Technical Features
The Pixel Tunnel contains light effects and video projections.
Visitors sensitive to light or visual effects enter at their own risk.
7. Payment & Refunds
Payments can be made online via Stripe/Wallee (cash payments are not accepted) or on site.
Purchased tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
8. House Rules
Please follow the instructions of the staff.
The organiser reserves the right to deny entry or remove visitors for inappropriate behaviour.
